A cannabis consultation is a specialized appointment that offers detailed information and guidance for individuals interested in the medicinal or recreational use of cannabis products. During the consultation, Nurse Natali discusses the potential benefits of cannabis, exploring the individual's specific health concerns or needs, and educates them about the various types of cannabis products available, including strains, consumption methods, and potential effects. The consultation provides personalized recommendations, dosage guidance, and insights into the responsible use of cannabis. These consultations are valuable for those seeking to make informed decisions about cannabis usage, whether for medical purposes or recreational enjoyment, ensuring a safe and effective experience.

Cannabis Basics
CBD has many properties including but not limited to being an anti inflammatory, antispasmodic, neuroprotectant, anti bacterial, promotes bone growth, reduces blood sugar, tranquilizing, vasorelaxant, relieves pain and relieves anxiety.
Cannabis is an extremely safe and effective plant medicine when used with respect and understanding for the majority of adults and sometimes children depending on the situation and circumstances. Marijuana and hemp is a safe and effective alternative or adjunct to traditional options when managing chronic conditions.
It is impossible to over dose on marijuana. Undesirable effects like paranoia, anxiety, nausea and vomiting in extreme cases can occur from abuse, too high of a THC percentage or being allergic. However, for the majority of people the undesirable effects of cannabis can be avoided by being educated and knowing the type, route, and dose that will work best for you. When in doubt, start with a low amount, you can always increase but never take away once its already consumed.
Everything isn't for everyone and even though marijuana is extremely safe and effective, there are some people that do not metabolize the plant well.
Make sure you are consuming high quality, third part tested products when using hemp or marijuana based products!
